Your data is yours
The customer info you capture through your estimator belongs to your business. We hold it for you, not for ourselves.
We never sell data
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Full stop.
One business cannot see another
Each shop is isolated at the database level. Row-level rules block cross-business access by design.
Customers stay in control
Anyone who submits an estimate request can ask to access, correct, or delete what was shared.
We protect it
Encryption in transit, role-based access, 2FA for sensitive accounts, and audit logs on the actions that matter.
We tell the truth
If a serious breach happens, we will notify affected people and the NPC as the Data Privacy Act requires.
1. What this means for business owners
When you run a shop on QuoteKita, every customer record sits inside your tenant. We process it only to deliver the service for you, for example to display leads on your dashboard, to send the email a customer signed up to receive, or to back up the database. We never use your customer list for our own marketing.
2. What this means for customers
Information you submit through a QuoteKita estimator page goes to the business that runs that page. QuoteKita carries it safely on their behalf. If you ever want to know what is stored about you, or to have it deleted, you can ask the business directly, or contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below.
3. We follow the Data Privacy Act
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) gives you real rights: access, correction, objection, portability, and complaint. We designed QuoteKita with these rights in mind, and we have a DPO you can write to anytime.
4. Honest about what we are
QuoteKita is a small, Filipino-built team. We are not a giant marketing platform and we do not want to be. Protecting the trust our shops and their customers place in us is the whole point of this product.
